No. Harbourly is coaching, not boosting. You're paying for a coach's time and guidance to improve your own play, not for someone to play on your account. Boosting is against the terms of every game we support.
Three checks. The coach records a short voice clip reading a phrase we generate. They submit proof of their rank and history, which our team reviews by hand. And their legal identity is confirmed by our payment partner when they set up payouts. Clearing that identity check is what earns them the Verified badge.
You have 72 hours after a session to raise a dispute. If nothing's raised in that window, payment releases automatically to the coach. Once a dispute is filed, our team reviews it within 72 hours.
Booking a coach is free. At checkout you pay the coach's listed rate plus a 5% platform fee, and you'll see the full total before you confirm, with nothing added after. Coaches pay a 7% commission on completed sessions, and nothing if they don't get booked.
