Apply through our Become a Coach page. You'll go through a 4-stage verification process: identity check, skill proof, teaching evaluation, and final review. It's free to apply and most coaches are verified within 48 hours.
Yes. Creating an account is completely free for both gamers and coaches. Coaches only pay a 12% platform fee on completed sessions — there are no upfront costs, subscription fees, or hidden charges.
All payments are secured through Stripe Escrow. When a gamer books a session, their payment is held securely until the session is completed and confirmed. If something goes wrong, our dispute resolution process ensures fair outcomes for both parties.
Harbourly is built for Southeast Asia — optimised for the games, time zones, and price points that matter in this region. We currently focus on Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, with plans to expand.
